This specialized terroir yields 15 protected denominations. Foremost among these is Salva Cremasco DOP, a traditional cubic cheese closely tied to local pastures, alongside the soft, aromatic Taleggio DOP. Brembio's microclimate also fosters cured meats, enabling it to participate in the exclusive production zone of Coppa di Parma IGP, which is limited to just 439 municipalities across the region.
