Its flagship red blend requires a minimum of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon combined with at least 40% Sangiovese, Barbera, Merlot, or Montepulciano. This dry, ruby-red wine must achieve at least 12.0% alcohol and cannot be sold before April 30 of the year following the harvest, ensuring a naturally concentrated release.
